I have two old useless laptops sitting at home and they’ve been gathering dust for far too long while I say (probably on a weekly basis for the past year) “I need to get all my stuff off my old computers.”  

One computer has a dead battery and won’t hold a charge so I’m going to have to take it somewhere to get the “important” stuff off of my hard drive.  Which mostly boils down to my pictures from years ago.

The other day Simon was going through a box of junk and found a “My Passport” hard drive labeled “Movies :)” but it actually contained some backup stuff from my old computers.  I started going through some of the pictures that were on there and it feels like I’m going through someone else’s pictures… What the hell is that candles in a Tampa mug thing?  

Oh, and I used to label EVERY PICTURE individually.  ”Road Sign Dubai 1”, “Mom and Me in the Laundry Room”, “Disney World Safari Ride”.  EVERY SINGLE PICTURE has a different name!

This one was labelled “22!” so maybe it was my birthday.  

I should probably proceed with caution and not attempt to go through five years of memories in one day.
