Me in my own head later later: “I wish I would have bought that replica Birkin bag in Thailand that looked so real and was made of real leather and was several hundred dollars but I’d carry it for the rest of my life and no one would no it was fake and I no longer have an opinion on carrying fake bags because it’s the design of the Birkin that appeals to me and not the brand itself.  I’d be so organized today if I had that bag.”

Seriously, Me.  Let’s try to remember what’s important and avoid Dubai Selfish Pretentiousness Disorder again this year.

Oh no!  I just realized that those affected with Dubai Selfish Pretentiousness Disorder probably never even realize they have it.  I hope I’m not one of them.
